RAM real Bad

I've never experienced any problems with any airlines in my life but Royal Air Maroc. The service and the RAM employees are so low, I mean everything except the food.now I take any foreigfn airline but RAM when going to Morocco, what can i say, that is a Third World Contry service!

Lost Bagagge

I was a passenger flying on Air Morocco on 12/22/07 from Madrid to Fez, Morocco. Mine and my husband's luggage got lost for over 3 days. I was left without any support from Air Morocco. I wasn't issued tags for my bags in Madrid due to delays and problems that Air Morocco personnel were having in and this cause me a lot of trouble and hassling, since I had to expend extra money in cab rides, clothes and hygiene products. After being completed abandoned by Air Morocco in Fez I was finally able to contact someone in the U.S. who told me to go look for my bags in Casablanca. I had to change my whole schedule to go look for my bags there. After a half day travel and more money expended in transport I got to the airport where I search for my bags for another 3 hours before I was told my bags where in Fez, after me saying that it was impossible that my bags where in Fez since I just returned from there, someone said they were actually in Marrakech. I went again to another half day travel and got at Marrakech airport at night, where I was finally able to find my luggage. This was 3 days after it was lost and after 1 whole day lost in searching. I have been trying to get the solve and to be reemboruse for all my lost but again Royal Air Moroc Doesn't respond
